Our approach
We aim for understandable headings, visible focus states, descriptive controls, sufficient color contrast, scalable layouts, and forms that do not rely on color alone. We test important ordering paths on both desktop and mobile layouts and continue improving them as the portal changes.
If something blocks your order
Contact the participating store shown on the portal or order confirmation. Store staff can help place, review, or adjust the catering request through another reasonable method. Mention the page, device, browser, and the action you were trying to complete.
Compatible use
For the best experience, use a current version of Safari, Chrome, Edge, or Firefox. Browser zoom, text scaling, voice control, switch access, and screen readers should remain usable throughout the core team-order flow.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. Feedback about confusing language, keyboard traps, unlabeled controls, low contrast, or mobile layout problems is welcome and will be reviewed for correction.
