Information the portal uses
TeamOrderHub may collect an organizer's name, email, phone number, team or organization, delivery or pickup details, requested date and time, and order selections. Player orders use a player name and food selections; players are not asked for an email address.
How it is used
We use this information to create and manage the group order, prepare kitchen and catering forms, help the selected store confirm fulfillment and payment, send order-related messages to the organizer, and provide customer support. The organizer may receive one post-order follow-up after completion. A qualifying first-time organizer may also receive a one-time discount for a future order.
Payments and security
TeamOrderHub does not ask customers to type card information directly into this portal. Payment should be completed only through a verified payment request or checkout source confirmed by the selected store. Payment processors handle payment credentials under their own privacy and security terms.
Service providers and stores
Order information is shared with the participating store selected for the order and with service providers that help operate the portal, send transactional email, host data, or securely process payments. Information is not sold for unrelated advertising.
Teams and students
An organizer should enter only the information necessary to place the order and should have permission to provide information for the group. Avoid entering medical, educational, or other sensitive information in names, notes, or delivery instructions.
Retention and choices
Records are kept only as reasonably needed for fulfillment, accounting, fraud prevention, customer support, and legal obligations. To ask about an order record or request a correction or deletion, contact the participating store shown on the order confirmation. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.
