These terms set simple expectations for organizers, players, and participating stores using the group-order portal.

What the portal does
TeamOrderHub helps groups collect meal selections and send an organized catering request to a participating store. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, delivery, product availability, pricing, timing, or tax treatment until the selected store confirms the order.
Accurate order details
Organizers and players are responsible for reviewing names, food choices, quantities, delivery or pickup details, deadlines, and contact information before submitting. The organizer is responsible for sharing the correct team code only with intended participants.
Prices, tax, and payment
Displayed prices are store-controlled estimates until the store confirms the order. Applicable taxes may change after tax-exempt status is reviewed. No delivery fee or tip is added by this portal unless a future store policy is clearly disclosed before confirmation. Customers should pay only through a verified payment source confirmed by the selected store.
Availability and fulfillment
Menu items, fulfillment dates, delivery territory, and preparation capacity are subject to store review. Delivery requests outside the normal territory may be redirected to a closer location or declined. Stores may contact the organizer to resolve missing or conflicting information.

Responsible use
Do not attempt to access another team's private information, a store dashboard without authorization, disrupt the service, submit false orders, or misuse team or access codes. Access may be limited when necessary to protect customers, stores, or the portal.
